Elite Extravaganza Packages

We currently offer event décor rentals exclusively to clients who reserve one of The Elite Venue locations.  

As our business grows, we plan to expand this service to the public and will notify you when that option becomes available. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Classic Package

Price Range: $600 - $1,000
Ideal for intimate events or gatherings, the Classic Package provides elegant, basic décor that complements any occasion.

Included Services:

  • Standard table linens (choice of colors)

  • Basic table centerpieces (floral or non-floral)

  • Chair covers with sashes (select colors)

  • Simple backdrop for event staging or photography

  • Basic lighting options to enhance ambiance

This package is perfect for clients seeking a refined yet minimalist aesthetic that still creates a beautiful atmosphere for their event.

Signature Package

Price Range: $1,500 - $2,500
A more elaborate décor option, the Signature Package is designed to create a sophisticated, themed event with greater customization and detail.

Included Services:

  • Premium table linens and runners (variety of styles and fabrics)

  • Custom table centerpieces (floral arrangements or themed décor)

  • Chair covers with decorative sashes and embellishments

  • Full backdrop and draping for event staging or photography

  • Enhanced lighting setup (uplighting and accent lights)

  • Tableware enhancements (chargers, glassware, and decorative napkin rings)

This package allows for more personal touches and greater coordination of event décor, elevating your event’s overall visual impact.

Custom Décor Package 

Price Range: Starting at $2,500 (varies based on customization)


For those looking for a unique, fully personalized event experience, the Custom Décor Package offers complete flexibility. Whether you prefer to work with our designers or incorporate your own DIY décor, this package lets you craft your event exactly how you envision it.

Included Services:

  • Consultation with our event design team to plan your vision

  • Full access to a wide selection of fabrics, centerpieces, and décor elements

  • Custom backdrops, drapery, and staging options

  • Specialty lighting options, including LED and personalized lighting features

  • Custom tableware and furniture selections
