Basic Venue Booking Packages at The Elite Venue Four Hour Booking Duration: 4-hours, up to 50 people. Ideal for short events or meetings, providing the essentials for a successful gathering. Includes: - Access to the venue space - Basic seating and tables - Standard sound system - On-site coordinator assistance - Complimentary parking for guests - 5 Hour Total Booking (Set up & Take Down included) Additional Information Setup and Cleanup: Each package includes time for setup and cleanup to ensure a seamless event experience. Cancellation Policy

At Elite Venue, we strive to make your event planning as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Our online booking service allows you to secure your event date with just a few clicks. Below are the key policies to ensure a seamless booking experience: Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee, including applicable taxes, is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made securely online using major credit cards. Credit card details will be held on file for potential damages. Changes to Booking: You may make changes to your booking up to 10 days before the event, subject to availability. Any changes made less than 7 days before the event may incur additional fees. Additional Services: Extra tables, chairs, decor, and other services can be added during the booking process for an additional fee. Damages: You have the option to either save your card on file during checkout or pay a damage deposit prior to the event. If no damages occur, all funds from the damage deposit will be returned within 48 business hours after the event. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $150.00 reservation cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We value your business and are committed to providing a hassle-free booking experience.
